Welcome to this month's challenge reminder post. Have you started working on a card? If yes, GREAT! If no, WHAT are you waiting for? We want to see your Halloween creations. Below is another card I created with this month's mood board color neon green as inspiration.
I used the left bottom balloon stamp with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide on vellum for my three balloons. I fussy cut them and hand drew the balloon strings.
