Hello crafty friends,
Spent last night putting my monster rock stars that I colored a while ago onto cards. I had enough of them to make the following three cards.
I used the following products:
Silly Monster Rockstars (Your Next Stamp)
Small Sketched Stars (Papertrey Ink)
Night Sky Cover Plate (Papertrey Ink)
Bam Bubble (Paper Smooches)
Big Bang Confetti (Winnie&Walter)
Thanks for stopping bye today. Until next time, take care.

Calling All Sistahs - Feb2017 Blog Hop
Hello crafty friends,
It's that time again... I'm joining the fabulous ladies over at CAS-ual Fridays Stamps for their monthly Calling All Sistahs Blog Hop. If you are not familiar with this hop... it's a fun and crafty way to remind you to do your monthly breast self exam and scheduled your yearly mammogram.
My card is a simple one. I stamped a background of soft pink heart splashes. Stamped the ribbon with the same soft pink ink and used my spectrum noir clear sparkle pen to watercolor the ribbon. Once dry, I stamped the "you are loved" sentiment, with fits the theme perfectly, using a darker pink ink.
Thank you for stopping by today. Your next hop should be to Claire's blog or the Cas-ual Fridays Stamp's blog. Until next month... be good to yourself.

Scrapy Land Challenge #60
Hello crafty friends,
Scrapy Land's Challenge #60 is all about adding texture to your cards/projects. My card today has texture without being too bulky, so it's definitely mail'able.
As you can see I used my die to add texture... by die cutting several giraffes from the same card stock as my card front and gluing them directly onto the card front, I created visual texture and interest. I ran with that idea and added die cute of the word Happy for more texture.
Here's a picture of the dies I used:
The Baby Giraffe can be found here. The Die-Versions' Happy is not currently available, but Scrapy Land has many other word dies that would work... here's just a few of them.
Thanks for stop bye today. Hope you'll join the fun at the Scrapy Land Challenge. You have until 2/19 to submit your projects. The winner, chosen by the design team, will receive a $15 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

Scrapy Land Challenge #59
Hello crafty friends,
I'm so very excited to join the amazing ladies on the Scrapy Land Design Team. for my first team project I created these two winter theme cards:
I used the following dies for card one... the Lawn Fawn Let It Snow, the Memory Box Winter Cabin Landscape, which is not currently available, but a great alternative would be the Memory Box Quite Cabin Landscape and the Die-Versions Whispers Snowflakes.
I started by die cutting my card front panel with a stitched rectangle die. Scrapy Land currently has these available. Next I covered the card front with snowflakes that I die cut from glitter white card stock. This step took the longest... backing the snowflakes with double side tape made attaching them to the card front super easy. Next came my die cut landscaping, which I mounted on foam tape and added some diamond stickles for more sparkle. My finishing touch was to add the "let it snow" die cut over the landscaping die cut.
I used the following dies for card two... the Die-Versions Whispers Snowflakes and the Die-Versions Whispers Skate Around.
I started this card like the one above, by die cutting my card front panel with a stitched rectangle die. I start most of my cards the same way. Next I die cut several snowflakes from off white glitter card stock backed with double sided tape. I took my card front and drew a circle and arranged the die cut snowflakes over the pencil line. I left an open spot for the die cut skates. The skates I die cut from off white and light gray glitter card stock and paper pieced for added interest. I added some sequin and enamel dots as a finished touch.
Here are the dies i used today:
