TOB July Mid Month Challenge

Hello crafty friends,
Welcome to this month's challenge reminder post.  Have you started working on a card/project?  If yes, GREAT!  If no, WHAT are you waiting for?  We want to see your Halloween creations.   Remember  the Two Old Bats Halloween Challenge, runs from the 2nd to the 28th of the month and the theme is always Halloween... ANYTHING related to Halloween!

Even skeletons celebrate the 4th of July.  On a serious note, fireworks are beautiful and fun to watch.  Unfortunately,  fireworks and the noise they come with is a scary thing for a lot of other people and our pets.

This card came together very fast, but 1) I didn't like the card I had originally made and 2) it's all digital.  The skeleton is an older Twistoon digital stamp.  The fireworks a png file.  The sentiments I created in Paint Shop Elements.

Joining challenges is fun, so I'm entering this card in Halloween Crafts All Year 'Round July challenge.  Where the theme is anything Halloween goes.

Here's this month's mood board for additional inspiration... Hope to see your card/project soon.

Challenge ends on the 28th, winner will be announced on the 1st on the month before the start on the new challenge.  For a full list of all the rules please visit Two Old Bats Halloween Challenge home page.  unit next time... take care.

  1. A cleverly created card with the fireworks and those 'too fun' skeletons! Yes, my dog was once again terrified this year, poor thing!!

    1. Thanks Diane :) The fireworks weren't too bad in our area this year, so our kitties seem to be ok. At least one of them. Our Storm is a jumpy one on normal days, so it's hard to let if he was scared or just being is weird self.

  3. Snap, crackle, and pop? HA! Is that the sound of the fireworks or you cute little skeletons disintegrating when hit by fireworks? This is a great card!
