Aurora Wings Challenge #66

Hello crafty friends,

I will let you in on a secret...  I used this challenge as an excuse to buy the Aurora Wings Trick or Treat Kids digital stamp now instead of waiting until Halloween was closer.

The Aurora Wings Challenge #66 theme is... Black & White (with or without a splash of color), so I used shades of black watercolors and a "splash" of orange to create my card.  I'll let you in on another secret... this started out as a one layer card, but I messed up on my ink blending and ended up redoing the kids and adding them to the stitched panel on dimensional tape.

Thanks for stopping bye. Until next time... take care.

  1. OMG! What an adorable Halloween scene! I love this image and for some of us, Halloween is a way of life. LOL The trick now is to be able to find it when Halloween finally comes around. Just delightful! Thanks so much for joining our B&W w/wo a Splash of Color at Aurora Wings. xxD

  3. Such an adorable Halloween card, Mary! And what a great way to tackle our challenge theme! I love how the kids turned out, popped up on dimensional tape. Great job turning the blending mistake into a happy little accident, as Bob Ross used to say. Thank you for joining us for Ch. 66 at AWCB. Mitzi xx
